Mitch believes that life is a series of transitions, and it is during these transitions that people experience their greatest struggles and their greatest triumphs. Change is never easy and most people are trying to live their greatest life but sometimes experience barriers to being the best that they can be. He considers it his privilege to help people become the greatest version of themselves.

Throughout his career as a mental health counselor, Mitch always strives to meet his clients and families where they are at. He is collaborative and tries to understand all the stresses they experience and their unique views of the world. Mitch is skilled in Narrative therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Client-Centered therapy, and Solution Focused therapy. He also has experience providing treatment to families of various backgrounds.
